HSI needle movement incorrect in D-EBED

Post by DrZGard » 07 Jan 2011, 02:18

I installed the D-EBED files into FSX and found there to be a problem with the needle movement on the HSI. The inner portion and CDI will rotate to any course setting but the upper and lower needle portions remain at 12 oclock (for the arrow) and 6 oclock and fail to rotate. These should also rotate in coordination with the inner portion for correct reading. Is there a potential problem with the installation that could cause this or conflict with other setting? Or is it something not caught during beta testing?

Zane

Hey Ron

A straightforward answer to straightforward question, so the only cutting was brevity. Everything else = interpretation. And how people do like to interpret... :smt006

Oh, I'm still around. No matter what any website owner thinks...

Getting older now, so less tolerant. Now rage for the death penalty for those who ask for help without posting system specs - and beat a small child every time I OOM... :smt005

It is a bloody shame that this small issue was never fixed.
