Landing lights
Quite simply, they don't turn on! I normally use a keyboard to switch on landing lights but after some digging discovered that they're on a different method, i.e. they need to be switched on from the instrument panel. Sadly, that doesn't work. A clue please.

Computer: Black box with a bunch of electrical looking stuff inside. Lots of fans and blue lights and it sits there humming away gently and lets me play games on it.

Re: Landing lights
Are you saying they only come on at night like the instrument panel/interior lights?

Re: Landing lights
Real B Safir have landing light tumbler which isn't standard - have three position to turn left and right lamp separately - so I suspect, trying to release this we forgot about default lights keys, will check one more time

Hello,
about lights... ehm... sorry to say this, but I'm not able to turn cabin light on... and instruments lights are really low. Am I the only one? Perhaps some installation issue...

Cabin lights and instrument lights don't come on in daylight. It's an FSX thing apparently.pipergiallo wrote:Hello,

Yes, I know: it happens at night. This is the effect after I turned on all the lights: cabin lights and instruments lights; as you can see, instead, landing lights are very effective.
I have installed the Safir on a Win 7, ATI 4850, quadcore 2.66 8 GB. I installed it a lot of time, alone, and with the older Safir.

Re: Landing lights
In the center of panel you can find three rheostats (black knobs with yellow center) - this is things which will help you

Thank you Andrey, but they are already turned on! All the way to the right "hell". All you can see is this with all the lights turned on...

Re: Landing lights
I tried it in all positions... (yes in the image you can see it's not in "ein" position, but I put it there a lot of time). And the rheostats for the instruments light it's at his maximum value...I'm very afraid for these little issues, but your safir is nearly perfect and so beautiful to fly that... one would like to fly it at every hour!
