Thanks you Gajit!!!
...although some minor changes to the picture on post - the roundel under the wing is turned to its correct position. And the ailerons controllers are in blue as original.
Hope you will enjoy it!
Andrey - it is on the way! Many thanks for the opportunity!

Thanks Gajit!
It is getting there but I have some issues to know exactly what colour the main frame has - Jap Red Brown, Jap Dark brown or Jap Black Green...
I guess by looking at this test shot it is definately not Jap Black Green

...in progress and until nest time...

My N305AB is getting there... Although I cant determine the main colour of the paint.
It is either brown or green - so hard to know on the reference pictures I have got. Some shots even look standard mil green...
Now I just have to put on some "mechanical" text (In japanese...) and some nice dirt. Although the reference plane looks spotless.
...votes?
Here is the next test shots - please feel free to comment.
...BTW - thanks Andrey!!!

Please note that the ROKAF paint to appear in the sim needs the aircraft.cfg header to read thus with the texture folder named similarly:
[fltsim.4]
title=BirdDog O1-F 239
sim=birddog_F
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=ROKAF-239
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=
ui_manufacturer="Cessna"
ui_type="L-19/O-1F BirdDog"
ui_variation=ROKAF-239
ui_typerole="Single Engine Prop"
ui_createdby="SibWings Lab."

Hello Folks,
I just wanted to tell you that I'm working on a few Royal Norwegian Air Force repaints. I am also redoing the bumps #2 up to and including #5, due to some colour pixelation that looked weird on an olive drab machine. I use the imagetool batch command for bump/normal maps. I will show some screenies over the weekend.
Thanks
Dag

Ok I'm almost done - disregarded the RedBrown colour for the hundred time...but still not sure.
"decals" and other is now ok and the red roundels starts to get better...(On the screens the tail roundels are still to red - so they are now fixed...)
Also fixed are the tire wall...it has a flat side in real.
Any comments on the colour? - I'm still not sure...
Any comments are highly appreciated!

Hi Mangotango
The detail is fantastic but I agree with you that the base colour seems more black than a dark brown shown on the photo - have you tried sampling the colour on the photo?

This was quicker than I expected; Deputy Dog is now ready to fly. Shots of the final paint:
