Are there instructions on how to tune those radios----in English. ??

If you look in the manual, page 23, you should be able to work it out for yourself.
I did and I know almost nothing about radio navigation.

But still... The APK-9 unit shipped with this version of the plane is a standard equipment on almost all An-2s. But it can be tuned down to the nearest tens KHz. So, how am I supposed to turn on e.g. FHR NDB (Freq: 284) in Friday Harbor, WA?
