Cargo-Door Snag?

Post by HighGround » 08 Jun 2013, 23:34

.
Hi there, Andrei:

I'm greatly enjoying the AN-2, and greatly anticipating the future FLOAT version.

One small item: When I open the Cargo Door, the regular-entrance door ALSO opens, without command. This leaves the Cargo Door raised with the entrance door dangling-down over the opening.

Is this meant to be, or is it a small bug?

Many thanks.

See the same here - and it doesn't stay closed when you use the door close command.

My guess? Faulty latch mechanism. If so, THAT'S realism!

True :) An-2's cargo door is quite interesting, "Russian engineering" ;)

Ah! A nice, built-in umbrella! Fiendishly clever.

Thanks for the interesting reply.

If my memory serves me correctly it is not a snag. It is used to prop the cargo door in it's opened position just like the rod for the hood of your car gents.

Cheers
