Product installation

Recently purchased Bird Dog only to find out I can only activate online and only once. I have 2 computers offline that I use in two different locations for flight sim. What are my options?

I don't know how Andrey might respond, but you have purchased a "right to use" license for one installation, Scott. You didn't buy a physical product that you actually own, such as a pair of shoes for example. What you have is called Intellectual Property, and it remains the property of SibWings. All downloadable products are like this, and are governed by the eula included with the product and accepted by you during the installation - so if you wish to install your Bird Dog onto a second computer you must remove it from the first computer. :(

It's not correct. We solve each such case individually, always with customer benefit . I saw letter from Scott in e-mail. Promise it will be answer tomorrow if not yet (Alex response I'm not sure had he time to answer or not).
