To be able to get the update according to your site is to use your old activation emails.
Now I have long gone delete those emails as I was happily flying the world with my bird dog.
Now what? What will the procedure be to get the update and who can be contacted that can check your records that I have indeed purchased the birddog.

I'm having the same problem as "bliksimpie", i have deleted my email as i no longer thought i needed them, any suggestions what i should do to resolve my problem regarding v1.2 update. It would be much appreciated if someone could help!!!!!

For future reference: the download link can also be found in the activation guide here in the support forum, as I realized shorty after sending an email to SibWings and shortly before that email got replied to in record time. Thanks for that!
