As SW plays Sleeping Beauty :) and the support process looks pretty much halted, is the Birddog activation process still up and alive ? Meaning if one buys this product at Simmarket (or here ?), can one activate it and is the process immediate or does one have to wait days to get what is necessary ?

I Have been trying to re-activate my Sibwings Bird dog, Pitts special and Saab Safir, but the response I get back has a different finger print numbers from the ones that shows up on my registration and so it rejects them. then when I try again it states I have to wait two weeks before you can re-submit another try. you get one try and that's it? that really sucks . and when I try to e-mail them it tells me I don't have clients mail service installed. this is the most convoluted registration system I have ever came across, I don't know of any other vender who does registration this way . I went through this the last time I had to re-install these planes also and I swore I would never go thru this stupid process again but I had a new C drive installed and so had to do a complete re-install of fsx. pulling my hair out. sailbutc310

For chrissakes, understand the situation before you blather on. The fingerprint is defined by the hardware that it is registered to. The hardware has CHANGED, so the fingerprint does likewise. You simply install using the new registration code supplied, derived from the code you supply to the devs.

If my seven year old nephew could cope with this without assistance, what's your excuse for this pathetic first post?
