That was my first step:

Nice repaint - I´d like to see more like this!

Btw - that insignia you used made me wonder, if Bundeswehr still uses old WWII cross? I thought they changed it after war like this (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:Bundeswehr_Logo.svg). Correct me, if I am wrong!

Really great painting, Jürgen!!!
Would be perfect after changing from "Balkenkreuz" to "Eisernes Kreuz"
Maybe you will upload your painting for interested flight simmers.

@Freebird, you are right, Bundeswehr uses the one you posted in the Wiki page address.

Upload both - the only-slightly postwar Safir lends itself to that kind of thing rather nicely.

Very, very nice job! :D

Thx for your comments.

............of course, you are right. I start with the Eiserne Kreuz (EK) but I like it more with the Balkenkreuz (BK). I will show you in another step with changed BK in EK.

Hello Juergen,

what about your Safir painting? We didn't hear anything about it for a while.
Is there any progress to report?

I try to translate:

""" First of all, my English knowledge is miserable and second I didn't dare to publish my textures here.
Reason: My textures consist of already published textures and my own work. Therefore I'm not sure, if I am running in trouble with any copyright. """

So,
does anyone see a problem for Juergen to publish his textures?

It depends if the textures in question are Sib-Wings or another painter's....

Hello Juergen,

basieren Deine Texturen auf denen von Sib-Wings?

Are your textures based on those ones of Sib-Wings?

Many greetings
