Re: Engine wont start... problems, help please!

It's FS that's `wrong`, not the addon. There has always been a legacy issue with FS depleting battery power way too fast. The only solution, other than switching aircraft to a default the switching back to your `beloved` is to use the registered version of FSUIPC, which includes among it's many feat...

Re: System Requirements

Running on an old - very old - AMD single core 3200, 2GB RAM and and AGP ATI3650 card 512meg here, and get better than default fps. It's certainly giving me solid 20+fps, compared to the default Cessna G1000 at about 15.

Does that help?

Then why not post again, this time referring to the Vista OS..? Doing so in a polite manner might evince a more serendipitous reply. However, if you truly cannot wait, then try reading the forum, you might find your answer there...

Re: Safir Assistance

The only ripoff is to use a completely BETA operating system, then blame the failure of the loading of an aircraft on anything other than yourself. Windows 7 currently is unsupported. You are your own beta tester. That's why its beta, and perhaps it would be better for you if you weren't if you can'...

The activation program does not work with Windows 7.

Install a currently-supported OS.

Re: Fsx crash after Safir selection.

Now i have installed also Acceleration Pack, but the plane not work!! This is the only plane that not work, no problem in my computer!!! Then unless you have a specific version for the Italian market you DO have a problem with the installation of Acceleration. The fact that this aircraft is showing...

Re: Fsx crash after Safir selection.

I dont think you have SP2 correctly installed. The file version number on mine is 61637.0, yours 61472.0. This bears out what Alex is trying to tell you. I do have Acceleration installed, so this might explain it, as might if it was an Italian example. I would check with Microsoft and ask for a defi...

Re: A few oddities....

Well, how about supplying your system specs? the problem with reflection may be a reflection on your computer, not the aircraft... BTW, reading through an earlier reply I see you were advised to press `B` to align the DG. That should be press AND HOLD the `D` key until the DG aligns. You cann...

Great shots!

Hehe! I predicted the `head on` view would result in some dramatic and inspired screenies! A real sense of dynamism, mass and density to those shots, even the unedited ones. Super stuff! :smt003

Re: FSX update news

At sixty-three years of age I possess, perhaps, the wisdom to suggest you might take your own advice. But clearly, not yet the perspicacity to do so for yourself... By `commercial` I utilise the term both colloquially and in its most commonly understood sense, to imply inherent remuneration for the...

Re: FSX update news

Well Paul, if you invested in FSX you have already invested in these people, so your attitude is hardly borne out by your actions. Guys - it takes a whole lot more than mere money, impatience, intolerance, belligerence, intransigence and irritability to be a successful customer. You would do well to...

Re: WHERE IS THE FSX SAFIR????

Hi Guys Just liked to say that most developers had the FSX conversion finished long time ago. ;-) I think that SibWings could make a FSX update, just to make it fly normally and then make a new one. Making it for SP1 or SP2 is a different story. I also bought this plane with the anticipation for a F...

Re: I give up now!!!

It seems you either ignore, or fail to see the replies made to you in your previous requests. At no point have you provided even the most basic of information on your system, the hardware, software or even how you are loading the sim. Instead you seem to want to waste our time painting verbal pictur...

You have to watch for cause and effect with that kind of tuning - it affects more than just the parameter you are physically altering, such is the interaction between the flight moel and the .cfg file. If you do go don that route, make certain that you make changes ONLY in small steps, ONLY one para...

However, it wouldn't solve Sebastians dilemma: Flight 1 has a limited activation policy, exactly the same as here, with e-mail reactivation... Wrong. It solves the problem of reactivation. It is true that the F1 system only allows a certain amount of reactivations. But you can reset your rea...

Sebastian, You mention Grand Prix 4 on W98, but not Grand Prix 3, or 2 or 1. Like I said, you prove my reply by your own. Let me ask you this: Do you still fly FS2000? I doubt it. The e-mail activation has nothing wrong with it, except the need to wait for a reply as you have to deal with a h...
