Re: Development plan?

Hopefully updates will be done for the An-2, but now that the An-2 has been released, I'm hoping for the Tundra version of the Birddog that was promised.

Re: What are these?

Thank you, what I meant to say is .... can the fairings around the engine be opened to expose the engine?
On the birddog, they can be opened so you can see the engine. This is done with the wingfold command.
The more time I spend with this plane, the better it gets.

Re: What are these?

Thanks Dave
Can the engine cowlings be opened as they are on the Birddog?
On the birddog, they are opened using the wingfold command. I tried this on the An-2, but it doesn't do anything.

What are these?

Love the An-2! Now I see why it took so long to release it.
Can you explain what these three things are and what they are used for?
1. UGR compass
2. UGK-2 compass
3.Chip detector

Thanks

Re: Cargo Version AN-2

Instead of a float version, I would love to have an amphibian version.

This is not the place to post this, but I hope Andrey will see this. I tried to send this comment through the Sibwings website "Contact". When I try to use this link, I get a message that I cannot use the link because my "Default Mail Client" is not set up properly. I have since found out that the "...

Re: What repaint do you want ?

Andrey.
First, thank you for the upcoming tundra update.

What I would like to see on some repaints are dirt, scratches and peeling paint, planes that look like they have really been used.
A nice feature for the tundra models is dirty tires and mud thrown up on the side of the plane.

Re: A few questions

Hi Andrey Thank you for the quick reply. "Soon you'll know" is wonderful news, I'll be checking the website daily for a release notice. After that, I'll be checking for the birddog update. I can't thank you enough for the products you put out, they are excellent. There should be more companies like ...

A few questions

Just got the Safir, I am having a great time flying it, thank you. I have a few questions. 1. How do you get the engine panels to open so the engine can be seen? 2.How do you get the passengers to show? 3. What is the Starter Clutch used for? I have looked at the manual and the forums but have not f...

Re: Thank You and a few comments

Sorry about the comment that the landing lights do not light much of the runway. I found that if you raise the seat view, they do show the runway very well.
I have been having a wonderful time with this plane.

Re: Thank You and a few comments

Andrey; Thank you for the reply and information. This was not in the manual, so I have two questions. 1. What is a Chip Detector ? 2. When doing a long flight, do pilots switch between fuel tanks every half hour or so to keep the plane ballanced ? Or do they run the main tank to about a quarter tank...

Thank You and a few comments

My first post here after getting the Bird Dog this afternoon. First, to Alex for the quick replies to get me through the activation process, thank you. As was mentioned here, this plane needs a Tundra model! Hopefully with the "F" panel. Two things I would like to see in an update: 1. The landing li...
