Re: night time see through panel/dash
Well, not the solution for your problem, but your graphic card should allow higher setting.
You chose "Full Screen Resolution":1024x768x32.
Have a look what is recommended for your monitor (and change it as case may be)

Re: tundra tires
Delighted that SibWings is designing the AN-2 as a new aircraft. Why isn't this information published in this forum, but only on Facebook? Very disappointed that the tundra version of Bird Dog is moved until doomsday. but one day we'll put Birddog on tundra tires for sure Particularly a...

Re: What repaint do you want ?
Looking forward to the promised Bird Dog improvements.
I totally agree with the previous writer.
There should be at least one painting that looks very used and worn! (airframe and panel)
(and not looking like peeled from the egg or coming directly from the factory)

Re: BirdDog update wishlist
Great news! :) 1. Fixing the ILS in the F-model: - One cannot fly an ILS approach. Following the centered localizer needle during ILS approach the aircraft is always positioned somewhere far right hand off the runway. (This problem is on all ILS supported airports) - There is no "TO/FROM" indication...

Re: Bird Dog Screenshot Competition
Is there a reason why the decision of the two screenshot competitions (Bird Dog and Safir) are delayed for so long?
There are no news entries for six months and there probably won't be any more.

SAFIR FSX - Cockpit Reflections
Just try this here/Glass transparancy bugHi,
Just bought and am loving this plane except for the reflections. Is there anyway to disable these or adjust them so the reflections are not so strong?
Regards
Bob

Re: Rudder effectiveness
Hello jeanco,
I agree a 100%, but I'm afraid you'll will get no solution/answer here.
To me it seems that the Safir and the Birddog aren't on the SibWing's maintanance list anymore.

This problem is part the provided BirdDog software, so everybody who bought this aircraft has this error.

Waiting for maintenance service
Well, it's about 7 month ago when we received the excellent flight dynamics updates, which made this great plane really flyable. :) So far, so good, but... What about the technical issues raised here in the forum, but neither were competently handled or answered by the staff nor were the problems ev...

Re: CTD when choosing options (CTRL+SHIFT+#)
I'm running the Bird Dog under FSX+Acc, Win7 64bit, too.
Generally I don't have any problems with the key combinations CTRL+SHIFT+#, they all work beside
<shift><ctrl>0. So as described by Tigerclaw, I cannot can't turn off the weapon load.

Re: Pre Amphibian update
I just tried EGMC ILS24, same problem as described by Tigerclaw. This problem is on any ILS airport approach in FSX. The glide slope bar brings the plane down on a correct glide path. But strictly following the course deviation bar (CDI) (in case of low visibility and you don't see the runway from t...

Re: Rudder effectiveness
I add a short video with the permission of the author, who has the same problems with the rudder effectiveness. And we are not the only ones! The demonstration clearly shows the false rotary motion/turn direction of the airplane under control of the rudder. Download or watch here: http://www.wexel.n...

Rudder effectiveness
When airborne the rudder effectiveness is strange, better say wrong, i.e.,
pressing the right rudder pedal, the aircraft turns left and vice versa.
I have this problem with all Safir X models.
Oh, it's not with the Bird Dog.
Greetings

Re: D-EBED (Lufthansa) real photos
Looks great. I just read, the download is published. I have following question. I'm a registered Safir X owner and I have the Safir X installed on my computer. For the new D-EBED you are offering two possibilities. So what is the difference between installing safirx-debed.exe package and a redownloa...
